Amyco Oyster Dried Mushrooms 20g

It is a very complete food from a nutritional point of view. It contains everything the body needs to stay healthy. It can also transform any somewhat banal recipe into a finely gourmet dish. Indeed, it allows you to revisit many recipes: you can for example substitute it for the traditional button mushroom.

The mushrooms available here are dehydrated. In addition to being a great way to preserve mushrooms, dehydrating concentrates their taste. We can therefore obtain quite spicy sauces!

To use them, you must first rehydrate them by covering them with water for 15 or 20 minutes. You can then simply sauté them in the pan for a few minutes, add a touch of cream if desired and you’re done. Always save the rehydration liquid to deglaze your mushrooms or for a future recipe!
